Terms of Service

VolunteerHub is a tool that lets churches and small organizations create sign-up sheets, collect volunteer sign-ups, and send confirmation, reminder, and follow-up emails.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You agree not to use VolunteerHub to:

• Break the law or infringe on anyone’s rights.
• Send spam or collect information under false pretenses.
• Upload harmful code or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others.

When you collect volunteer information through a sign-up sheet, you are responsible for handling it lawfully and for having the appropriate permission to contact the people who sign up. You should only ask for information you genuinely need for the activity.

Content you add — such as event descriptions, logos, and cover images — remains yours. You grant us permission to store and display it as needed to operate the service on your behalf.

We work hard to keep VolunteerHub running smoothly, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or make changes to features.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VolunteerHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using VolunteerHub and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access to accounts that violate these terms. On termination, we will help you export or delete your data on request.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make meaningful changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
